Long ago, my grandfather said to me: You have to understand one very important thing. If you want to make your life more beautiful, perform changes in your mind at all times. The one thing can chang and make better your whole life. As a little boy I did not know what changes to make. Why should I change? Is not it better like this? I had to find out in the near future, what is the truth. I'll show you a brief history of the importance of a solid foundation. When I was a teenager I wondered what my grandfather had told me.
